Art on Rose Island

Join the Portsmouth Arts Guild as we travel to Rose Island to spend the day en Plein Air painting the spectacular views of the Lighthouse and Fort Hamilton. 

Bring your paints, canvases, easel, etc. and we will supply the breathtaking views. This is our third annual trip and the past two events were full of inspiration and beauty! All abilities welcome. Pack a bagged lunch. Snacks and water provided.

Getting There: Transportation on Rose Island’s own Island “Rose” launch boat, which leaves from Fort Adams at 9:30am and returns at 4:00 pm.
