Bill is intrigued by everyday scenes — a barren landscape, boats in the harbor, or city life on a busy day. He observes how the light plays into the scene and reflects off the subjects, and works to capture that light while enhancing the point-of-interest in the painting.

Bill is an Exhibiting Artist Member of the Providence Art Club as well as a Signature Artist Member in the New England Watercolor Society, the Rhode Island Watercolor Society and an artist member of the Copley Society of Art in Boston.
