Join us Wednesday evenings in October for a class in figure drawing. The art of sketching the human figure helps the artists capture the essence of the human body’s musculature, texture and postures. All sessions are in person, drawing from a nude or lightly clothed model.

Materials
Table top easels are provided and attendees are welcome to bring their own standing easel. Materials are not provided.
We encourage artists who attend to explore the use of different materials, drawing styles and techniques. Attendees must bring appropriate cleaning materials for their wet media.
Recommended materials include
Newsprint, illustration or mixed media pads: 2×16, 18×24 or 24×36 pad
Charcoal stick and/or graphite pencil
Pencil sharpener
Kneaded (gum) eraser
Cloth shammy
