Variations on a Theme

2 Sessions, September 26th and 27th

9:00 – 12:00

$125 Members, $140 Non-Members

Materials List

This two half-day workshop will give us an opportunity to dive deeper into a subject.  Many a master has repeatedly explored the same subject matter, think Monet’s Rouen Cathedral series, and it is a wonderful challenge to paint the same thing in different ways.

Artists will bring an image they are passionate about and we will do one painting each session using the same or similar reference.  Whether it’s different lighting, season, mood, size, composition or medium, come prepared to investigate your chosen subject matter even further.

Open to any medium.  Anne will be working in watercolor and oil.
